The Logical Matrix is a planning instrument that includes measurable indicators to measure progress towards the objectives to be achieved. With the matrix it is possible to evaluate the direct and indirect results and impacts, in relation to the baselines and defined goals of the Program. These goals represent the result to be achieved, within a deadline established in the Program, and must be ambitious and, at the same time, achievable.
