The project aims to support the resumption of traditional cultivation and planting practices, controlled or prescribed cultural burning, fruit and seed collection and eating habits. It intends to implement a “Carbon Pit” system, reducing the occurrence of fires and reclaiming the native forest, installing and executing the State Indigenous Fire Brigade and Integrated Fire Management Program based on Xavante ancestral knowledge and promoting Environmental Education .
