DIVERSIDADE SOCIOAMBIENTAL EM REDE: SABERES, PRÁTICAS E CONSERVAÇÃO NAS COMUNIDADES DO XINGU-ARAGUAIA
The Project seeks to contribute to strengthening socio-environmental diversity, consolidating community seed production and promoting agroecological management practices and restoration of natural resources in communities in the Xingu – Araguaia territories. Its purpose is to implement technological reference units associated with training collector groups and, at the same time, promote dialogues about knowledge and practices of conservation and sustainable use of the forest; engage existing schools in the region where the ARSX collection groups operate in changing the landscape through environmental education, agroecology and ecological restoration activities and contribute to the organizational and institutional strengthening of the Association, through management and communication tools, favoring the its autonomy and sustainability as a social business.
